Throwback to our opening day of the Bebek store. Here are some pictures of the food installation we had. I had some sculptural food creations in my mind for the opening. Big solid pieces that we exhibit on the transparent surfaces had some eye-catching effect that I loved. And it was funny to see how people react when they found out that they can actually eat it.
